Give new value to local culture and natural resources and offer passive recreational activities for residents, in coordination with the Challhuahuacho Municipality.
We renovated, expanded and provided maintenance to the existing infrastructure in the Challhuahuacho Recreational and Ecological Park. We built one two-fork restaurant with a capacity for 180 clients, with a kitchen and necessary furniture, plus two waterfalls, huts for picnic and a children’s playground (seven new outdoor playsets). We also completed the perimeter fence and channelled the Challhuapuquio River to the riverbank of the premises. Likewise, we refurbished the pier and a lookout hut, and improved sidewalks, green areas, bridges, ponds in the existing artisanal fish farm, ornamental ponds and main façade. This project has boosted local recreational activities and created sources of income.
