Offer internships to the three best students from technological higher education public institutes in Cotabambas province.
We carried out this project under an interinstitutional cooperation agreement signed with the Challhuahuacho, Haquira and Tambobamba public technological higher education institutes. Internships lasted four months and were carried out based on a project schedule defined at various Las Bambas departments. Students participated as local employees so they could learn more about the activities related to production, educational and environmental projects and the exploration process, depending on interns’ specialties.
