Choquecca, Cconccacca, Chicñahui, Chuicuni, Palca Picosayhuas and Pumamarca communities and Antio hamlet.
Improve agricultural and livestock farming production and provide sprinkler irrigation systems to communities to produce permanent and annual pastures, fence areas for natural and cultivated pastures, and improve cattle and sheep.
The main economic activity of families from our area of influence is livestock farming; however, production rates are low. To that end, we carried out the following activities, based on the needs of each community:
- Launched an agricultural and livestock farming technical training program to manage natural resources at family and community levels
- Installed sprinkler irrigation systems in the areas designed to produce permanent and annual pastures
- Fenced areas for natural and cultivated pastures
- Implemented best practices to preserve pastures and forages
- Improved cattle and sheep by introducing breeders and applying good livestock farming practices
Specific achievements in the Cconccacca community:
- Four livestock farming promoters and leaders responsible for livestock management, providing basic livestock first-aid services, and providing assistance in dosage campaigns
- Ten hectares of natural pastures fenced
- Five hectares of permanent pastures in production, and protected with stone and mesh fence
- Genetic improvement through three sheep breeders
- Organisation of annual community agricultural and livestock fair
Number of beneficiaries: 80 families.

Specific achievements in the Chicñahui community:
- One operational barn for cattle and sheep
- Ten Brown Swiss cattle male breeders
- Ten Corriedale sheep male breeders
- Five hectares of permanent pastures with sprinkler irrigation system
- Twelve hectares of annual pastures of forage oat, enclosed with livestock mesh fencing
- Three livestock farming promoters and leaders responsible for managing the livestock modules, providing basic livestock first-aid services, and providing assistance in dosage campaigns
- One hundred hectares of natural pastures enclosed with livestock mesh fencing for better pasture management
Beneficiaries: 38 familias.

- Three Corriedale sheep male breeders

- One operational barn for cattle and sheep

- Three livestock farming promoters and leaders responsible for managing livestock modules, providing basic livestock first-aid services, and providing assistance in dosage campaigns

Specific achievements in the Pumamarca community:
- Prepared seven hectares to produce permanent pastures
- Implemented a sprinkler irrigation system for 25 hectares
- Stored forage in hay and silos on an annual basis to ensure food for livestock
- Built and fitted out a barn for cattle with an area to produce dairy products
- Launched a training program for three livestock farming promoters and members of the community livestock farming committee. They are directly responsible for cattle management
- Livestock farming promoters and leaders are responsible for managing livestock modules, providing basic livestock first-aid services, providing assistance in dosage campaigns and managing 40 hectares of pastures, protected by livestock mesh fencing
- Set up a module with 16 Brown Swiss male breeders
