Improve teachers’ professional performance by developing didactic teaching strategies and curriculum planning, based on levels and specialties.
We launched the program in July 2009 as a continuation of the “Encuentros” School for Development project. In the first stage, we carried out two activities regarding the construction process of the Institutional Education Project. In the second stage, we proposed developing the program based on three central topics: Curriculum Planning and Diversification, Institutional Curriculum Project and Methodological Strategies and Assessment of Learning. As part of the program, we also prepared a document to serve as a management tool and guidance for the educational program in Cotabambas province.
